Every Creative Mountain Mama bag is handcrafted with full-grain leather and Pendleton® wool, designed to last for generations with the right care.

We’re currently developing a leather balm and conditioning mist to nourish your bag and protect it from the elements—crafted with the same dedication to heritage, quality, and natural ingredients that go into every stitch.

In the meantime, here’s how to care for your bag:

Leather Care

• Use a soft cloth to dust your bag regularly.
• Keep away from water, oils, and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Apply a high-quality leather conditioner occasionally to maintain suppleness.

Turquoise Inlay

• Avoid rough surfaces that could scratch the turquoise.
• Gently buff with a dry cloth only—do not apply oils or moisture.

Pendleton® Wool Lining

• Spot clean gently with a damp cloth as needed.
• Do not machine wash. Wool is naturally stain, odor, and wrinkle-resistant.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when not in use.
